Business Process Management Analyst
Position Objective
- Carries out the operational aspects of BPM (review, assess and recommend improvements
- Supports the BPM Business Partner to deliver the Business Improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with functional leads to collect and document business requirements for process improvement projects
- Conducting interviews to analyse equipment and established processes
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
- Map current-state processes
- Observe and interview process workers
- Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business and personnel performance
- Creating and presenting process reports for functional lead approval
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows
- Use the BPM Unit’s analytical tools such as spreadsheets, process diagrams, and flow charts to identify Business Process Improvements
- Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies
We are looking for qualified and driven individuals who have
- Bachelor’s degree – business, economics, accounting, or similar
- 3 – 5+ years’ experience as a process analyst with exposure to Process Automation Tools and Software (e.g. RPA, AI / ML Workflow tools)
- Advanced understanding of core business functions, workflows, and processes
- Proven portfolio of completed projects
- Preferred certifications: ‘Lean’ and ‘Six Sigma’
- Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software
- Competency and other requirements

– Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point, Word)
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good interpersonal and interviewing skills
– Experience with team management
