Business Process Management Analyst

Position Objective

  • Carries out the operational aspects of BPM (review, assess and recommend improvements
  • Supports the BPM Business Partner to deliver the Business Improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with functional leads to collect and document business requirements for process improvement projects
  • Conducting interviews to analyse equipment and established processes
  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
  • Map current-state processes
  • Observe and interview process workers
  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business and personnel performance
  • Creating and presenting process reports for functional lead approval
  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows
  • Use the BPM Unit’s analytical tools such as spreadsheets, process diagrams, and flow charts to identify Business Process Improvements
  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows
  • Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies

We are looking for qualified and driven individuals who have

  • Bachelor’s degree – business, economics, accounting, or similar
  • 3 – 5+ years’ experience as a process analyst with exposure to Process Automation Tools and Software (e.g. RPA, AI / ML Workflow tools)
  • Advanced understanding of core business functions, workflows, and processes
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects
  • Preferred certifications: ‘Lean’ and ‘Six Sigma’
  • Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software
  • Competency and other requirements
    – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    – Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point, Word)
    – Analytical and problem-solving skills
    – Good interpersonal and interviewing skills
    – Experience with team management
