Senior Officer – Media & Communication

Position Objective:

Responsible for multimedia design and implementation of internal communication activities as planned

Implement information transparency activities to the community and stakeholders through organizing delegations to visit the production area of the Company.

Communication activities for MHT and its member companies in Germany, Canada and China

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating information and editing content for the company website and internal communication channels such as Intranet, Newsletter, Digital Signage
• Support to make content and design for the Company’s media publications such as Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Brochure
• Developing, enriching and diversifying content and forms of posting news and images on the Company’s social media channels Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Media events, big company events such as Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Year-End Party, Press Conference, … towards effective communication according to specific goals of the company. each program
• Mastering brand identity, implementing brand identity compliance management and organizing brand training for company staff
• Coordinating with Sales and Marketing of Masan High-Tech Materials’ member companies abroad to implement Sales and Marketing support projects
• Support to promote information transparency to the community, media units and stakeholders by organizing the reception of community delegations, representatives of media agencies and related parties to visit. factory
• Plan of producing and management of corporate gift
• Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader and Department Manager

We are looking for qualified and driven individuals who have:

Experience, skill, knowledge

• University or higher, majoring in Art Design, Journalism, Communication, Foreign Languages, Marketing, External relations, …
• More than 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing. Knowledgeable about digital media
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
• Professional in Photoshop, Adobe in Design/Illustrator ..
• English fluency

• Ability to work under high pressure, ability for good management of media and communication activities – branding activities, good coordination with other departments to accomplish the set goals

• Good skill in collecting, selecting, updating and searching of information
• Good skills of communication, presentation, negotiation and good relationship building
• Ability to work independently and teamwork
