Senior Officer – Business Transformation (new)
JOB SUMMARY
The Business Transformation Senior Officer supports the Business Transformation Manager and Supervisor in strategic transformation by supporting the execution of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen market positioning, and support new business opportunities. The role works across internal functions while also assisting external-facing initiatives such as sales development, strategic partnerships, market analysis, etc.
MAIN DUTIES
Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives
- Support the Business Transformation Manager/Supervisor in researching and evaluating growth opportunities (e.g., market expansion, strategic partnerships, investments, or acquisitions) that contribute to achieving MHT’s long-term strategic objectives.
- Support Management in monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standard.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments, including Operations, SCM, Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT, and BOD
- Support communication and rollout of transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards, prepare presentation slides, and handle administrative tasks to support project operations.
Market opportunities:
- Support monitoring market trends and industry developments; perform market analysis to support commercial decision-making and strategic planning.
Digitalization & Systems Improvement
- Support Management, IT and the Business Transformation Manager/Supervisor in applying SAP & AI toolsto improve management reporting, automate data analysis, and enhance operational efficiency across business functions.
- Support Management in coordinating with AI solution providers, serving as communication channel between external partners and MHT’s operational departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, finance, consulting, or business transformation roles.
- Experience working in market research, data analysis, business performance monitoring, or strategic projects.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

- Business and financial analysis capability, including understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, and profitability.

- Project coordination and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify business improvement opportunities and market trends.
- Communication and presentation skills.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Job location: Hanoi
- Working time: 8h/day, from Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
