Jan 08, 2026

On January 8, 2026, at the Announcement Ceremony of Vietnam’s Top 500 Largest Enterprises 2025, organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper, Masan High-Tech Materials (MHT) was proudly honored in the prestigious VNR500 ranking. This recognition highlights the company’s outstanding governance capabilities and remarkable achievements over the past year.

Delivering Resilient Growth in a Challenging Market

In the first nine months of 2025, MHT recorded revenue of VND 5,048 billion, up 25% year-on-year, while EBITDA increased 26% to VND 1,465 billion. The company continued to provide stable employment and income for nearly 1,500 employees.

The Masan Tungsten Company (MTC), operated by MHT, was once again certified by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a “High-Tech Enterprise,” marking its second such recognition. In 2025, MTC also achieved Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) conformance – one of the world’s leading standards for responsible mineral sourcing – along with ISO certifications covering quality, environmental, and energy management. These milestones reflect MHT’s proactive alignment with increasingly stringent global ESG and sustainability requirements.

Beyond its core business activities, throughout 2025 MHT continued to implement social development programs across clean water, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and livelihood development. Designed around ocal needs and implemented in close coordination with authorities, these initiatives reinforce the company’s commitment to shared and sustainable value creation.

Leveraging Strategic Mineral Advantages

Masan High-Tech Materials not only controls the world’s second-largest tungsten reserves, but also fully masters the deep processing value chain – producing high value-added products such as ammonium paratungstate (APT) and tungsten oxide powders with purity levels of up to 99.99%. These capabilities enable Vietnam’s strategic mineral resources to move beyond raw extraction and participate more deeply in the global high-tech materials supply chain, serving essential industries both domestically and internationally.

With a strong technological foundation, a skilled workforce, and supportive national policies, MHT is well positioned to advance further along the global high-tech materials value chain, contributing meaningfully to Vietnam’s economic transformation in the years ahead.
