[CEO Message] Together, Masan High-Tech Materials achieved 3 million LTI-Free hours

Dear MHT Employees, Contractors, and Partners, 

Today, I am very proud to share an important milestone for our company: 

Why is this three million hour so special?

It is not just a number — three million hours is equivalent to nine consecutive months of safe operations by a workforce of more than 1,800 employees. In an industry full of risks and challenges, this achievement is not a matter of luck, but the result of a strong commitment to the principle that “Safety is a core value,” consistently upheld in every action, from the simplest tasks to the most complex processes.

The figure of three million hours also reflects a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk control, ensuring a safe working environment, as demonstrated by the following figures:

• Hazard reports submitted: 13,634

• Hazard identification conducted through Take 5: 195,365

• Job observations conducted: 13,653

Safety is a continuous journey. While reaching 3 million safe working hours is a significant milestone, it is not a reason for complacency.
