According to the 2025 Great Place to Work survey, 92% of MSR employees rated it as a great place to work; with many categories recording satisfaction rates as high as 96%. Specifically, 96% of surveyed employees believe the company has good benefits, supports work-life balance, and offers flexible rest periods. 96% highly appreciate the friendly, fair, and respectful work environment regardless of age or rank. 96% agree that MSR strongly promotes a culture of innovation, encourages a “think big, act boldly” spirit, and continuously improves to enhance work efficiency. These indicators clearly reflect the “Respect – Innovation – Results” culture that the company has consistently pursued over the years.

For over 15 years, Masan High-Tech Materials has consistently identified people as the foundation for sustainable growth. The company continuously invests in programs to enhance employee experience, promote a culture of lifelong learning, and build a fair, engaging, and humane work environment.

In 2025, MSR recorded over 74,800 training hours, equivalent to more than 54 learning hours per person, an increase of nearly 34% compared to the previous year. The learning programs were diverse, ranging from professional training, leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring to internal learning activities directly led by experienced leaders and staff.
