Masan High-Tech Materials Ranked Among Vietnam’s Top 10 Best Workplaces™ 2026 in the Large Enterprise category
Masan High-Tech Materials (UpCOM: MSR) was honored in the Top 10 Best Workplaces™ Vietnam 2026 – Large Enterprise category, announced by Great Place To Work at the Best Workplaces – Vietnam Awards Ceremony on the evening of May 26, 2026. This is a special milestone, continuing MSR’s journey of being certified “Great Place To Work®” for three consecutive years, and affirming the company’s position among the leading excellent workplaces in Vietnam.
This year’s results acknowledge Masan High-Tech Materials’ persistent efforts in building a people-centered work environment – where every employee is respected, given opportunities for growth, and inspired to maximize their potential. MSR aims to create an environment where employees feel connected and happy coming to work every day, and return home feeling safe and healthy after each shift.
According to the 2025 Great Place to Work survey, 92% of MSR employees rated it as a great place to work; with many categories recording satisfaction rates as high as 96%. Specifically, 96% of surveyed employees believe the company has good benefits, supports work-life balance, and offers flexible rest periods. 96% highly appreciate the friendly, fair, and respectful work environment regardless of age or rank. 96% agree that MSR strongly promotes a culture of innovation, encourages a “think big, act boldly” spirit, and continuously improves to enhance work efficiency. These indicators clearly reflect the “Respect – Innovation – Results” culture that the company has consistently pursued over the years.

For over 15 years, Masan High-Tech Materials has consistently identified people as the foundation for sustainable growth. The company continuously invests in programs to enhance employee experience, promote a culture of lifelong learning, and build a fair, engaging, and humane work environment.
In 2025, MSR recorded over 74,800 training hours, equivalent to more than 54 learning hours per person, an increase of nearly 34% compared to the previous year. The learning programs were diverse, ranging from professional training, leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring to internal learning activities directly led by experienced leaders and staff. The culture of “everyone can learn and share knowledge” is gradually becoming an integral part of the organization.
Simultaneously, numerous cultural and engagement initiatives continue to be strongly implemented, such as the “Buddy – Companion” program to help new employees integrate more quickly; the M-Point system to recognize and reward points for learning activities, initiatives, and cultural contributions; the ‘Masaners Care for Masaners’ Fund to support employees and their families in difficult circumstances; and a range of sports , arts, community, and mental health care activities for employees.
According to a GPTW survey, 92% of employees rate MSR as a trustworthy workplace, and 93% feel proud to share about the company with others and wish to stay long-term. To date, nearly 20% of employees have worked at the company for 5-10 years, and 48.5% have been with the company for over 10 years. These figures clearly demonstrate the consistent direction and commitment of MSR’s leadership in building a work environment that fosters trust, retains talent, and cultivates employee pride.
