Nui Phao Mining upholds the “4 on-site” principle in fire prevention and fighting
Fire prevention and firefighting (FPF) are top priorities in the business operations of Nui Phao Mining. The company strictly complies with FPF regulations to ensure the safety of workforce and assets. Skills training sessions on FPF are conducted to enhance employees’ awareness. FPF equipment and tools are regularly checked and maintained to ensure their availability in case of emergency.

On the morning of May 25, Nui Phao Mining participated in the parade and skill demonstrations at the 2024 Firefighting and Rescue Competition for “Inter-family Firefighting and Fire Prevention groups” in Thai Nguyen Province. The teams perform skills related to organizing firefighting efforts, using firefighting equipment, conducting rescue operations, and relocating property.
Thanks to meticulous preparation combined with a spirit of solidarity and responsibility, Nui Phao Mining successfully completed its demonstration, guaranteeing absolute safety for personnel and equipment. Team members showcased their proficiency in using FPF and rescue equipment, effectively applying the “4 on-site” principle in managing potential fire and explosion incidents.

Nui Phao Mining’s demonstration of fire-fighting and rescue skills was greeted with enthusiastic applause. The People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police selected Nui Phao on-site firefighting and rescue team to join the parade and skill demonstrations at the National Firefighting and Rescue Competition for the Northern Region (Region I). The event with the participation of 14 provinces in the midlands and northern mountainous regions, will take place on June 5-7, 2024, at Vo Nguyen Giap Square in Thai Nguyen City.
